READINESS: BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER Since we first launched motusTHROW in 2014, we’ve collected millions of throws from users, and through internal and third party research, we have learned how our elbow workload metrics correlate to arm health and performance. We’re taking that knowledge and bringing it to the app. After three days of use, we begin to fuse together your AC Ratio, Chronic Workload, Arm Soreness, and motusONE Mobility Assessment into a “readiness” score. The higher the Readiness, the more primed you are to compete with maximum performance. AC RATIO & CHRONIC WORKLOAD AT YOUR FINGERTIPS Over the past two years, we’ve offered our enterprise clients of motusDASH the ability to compute various workloads gathered from the motusTHROW sleeve. Now, we provide every user with state-of-the-art workload measurements, in the app, for free. Why is monitoring AC Ratio and Chronic workload important? Check out our latest blog post here. DATA DRIVEN PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS “How much should I throw each day? How much workload should I add each week? How much longtoss should I do before a game? What kind of recovery work do I need, and when?” Our new Training Mode helps answer all of these questions and more. We take your Readiness score, and all subcomponents (including your schedule) and give you personalized training programs designed to keep you primed for success. No two programs are the same! Our algorithms constantly update your programs for the next 30 days, and change based on the time of season you’re in. We take the guesswork out of training, and give you daily warmup routines, throwing programs (and volumes) and recovery strategies. ADVANCED MODES FOR ADVANCED USERS We know a lot of you out there are pushing the envelope with research and development using our raw metrics to innovate creative trends. We’re here to help you continue that journey. In the app’s “Settings” page, you can enable “Advanced Features” (no in-app purchase necessary) that enable Live Mode, Bullpen Mode, Longtoss Mode, and Video Capture. In addition to “Roster Transfer”, these free data collection tools allow you to set a variety of activity tags such as Pitch Type, Ball Weight, Longtoss Distance, and more. All raw data from these data collection modes are available on motusDASH for throw-by-throw inspection, tag averages, and .csv exports. *Note. All Throw-by-Throw trends are no longer available in the mobile app. This is now a paid feature as part of the motusDASH subscription.
